Digital Acquire gives forensic specialists, field agents, detectives and other investigators a fast, easy way to download evidence from a variety of digital sources, including digital cameras (TIF, RAW, JPG), while authenticating and time stamping the original file.
Digital Workplace provides multilevel viewing of cases and digital evidence, along with side-by-side display of originals and enhancements. Continually authenticates originals and only allows processing of copies. Displays case information, history of processing and audit trail.
Digital Viewer provides read-only access to users such as investigators, district attorneys or court officials to view digital files (original or processed) related to an incident or case.
Digital Web Viewer allows browser-based viewing of digital assets to authorized users.
Workflow allows the forensic lab or photo lab to track the progress of each case while ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed at all levels.
Audit Trail identifies each and every time a digital asset file is processed, opened, exported or printed, and provides reports that can be displayed in court when the chain of custody must be disclosed.
Advanced Archival Management coordinates the automatic archiving of digital assets using flexible variables such as crime type, date of crime, asset category and agency policies regarding the retention of digital evidence.
Process
Grayscale Pattern Removal Filter allows forensic examiners to quickly and easily identify and remove repetitive patterns from digital images that interfere with the recovery of forensic evidence.
Chromatic FFT maintains valuable information in the Red, Green and Blue color channels that is often lost in grayscale. Removes repetitive patterns from color images.
Image Calibration Utility calibrates images without calibrating the distance from lens to object. This is especially crucial when acquiring latent prints for use with an AFIS. Images are calibrated to ensure true, accurate life-size scale.

Connect
AFIS Connect submits your latent fingerprint images in proper format to local, state or federal AFIS systems.
LIMS Connect provides two-way communication between ADAMS and your Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) allowing valuable information to pass between the two systems and leveraging existing information in both.
Relay Server provides an intermediate stopping point for digital assets on their way to a central asset repository. Most useful in geographically-dispersed agency wide area networks (WANs) Relay Server can be installed in remote or satellite agency offices. Users can rapidly download assets to the Relay Server, while the Relay Server holds those assets until it can transfer them across the agency WAN to the central asset repository.
WAN Connect securely queues digital asset downloads locally until network resources are available. Allows squad cars outside of the network area to download assets automatically once within network range, and allows master scheduling of downloads to prevent network overload during shift changes.

AFIS Connect

Rotate or calibrate images.AFIS Connect allows submission of latent fingerprint images from Foray ADAMS Digital Workplace to all of the major AFIS vendor host systems. In only a few short steps, AFIS Connect allows any image within Digital Workplace to be submitted electronically alone, or in batch, to local, state, and federal AFIS systems. Advanced selection tools allow for multiple images to be submitted in a single batch, along with multiple clips from palm prints, multi-print images and ten print cards.

closeLIMS Connect
LIMS Connect provides two-way communication between ADAMS and your Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) allowing valuable information to pass between the two systems and leveraging existing information in both.
closeRelay Server
Relay Server provides an intermediate stopping point for digital assets on their way to a central asset repository. Most useful in geographically-dispersed agency wide area networks (WANs) Relay Server can be installed in remote or satellite agency offices. Users can rapidly download assets to the Relay Server, while the Relay Server holds those assets until it can transfer them across the agency WAN to the central asset repository.
Relay Server can be configured to transfer assets using adjustable bandwidth so as not to flood the agency WAN with traffic. Relay Server can be set up to transfer assets only during certain hours of the day or night, and can be configured to avoid high-data-traffic times (shift changes, friday nights, etc.).
Relay Server can also be used as a server in a mobile CSI unit for which a small ad-hoc LAN of notebook computers, disconnected from the agency WAN, is set up to investigate a major crime scene or terrorist incident. Once the Relay Server is reconnected to the agency WAN, assets are automatically sent to the central repository.
WAN Connect
WAN Connect securely queues digital asset downloads locally until network resources are available. Allows squad cars outside of the network area to download assets automatically once within network range, and allows master scheduling of downloads to prevent network overload during shift changes.
closeImage Calibration Utility

Image Calibration UtilityThe Foray Technologies Image Calibration Utility is an Adobe® Photoshop® compatible plug-in designed to assist the user in accurately sizing digital images to a specific scale without the loss of any image data. The user interface provides a zoom tool for the precise placement of reference points, which are used to calibrate an image. Images can be calibrated without the worry of calibrating the distance from lens to object, cropping the image or performing other manual, time-consuming processes.

closeGrayscale Pattern Removal Filter

Image Processing Tools. The Foray Technologies Grayscale Pattern Removal Filter is an Adobe® Photoshop® compatible plug-in. This Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) filter is designed to quickly and easily identify and remove repetitive patterns from digital images that interfere with the recovery, analysis, and interpretation of forensic digital evidence. The user can remove machining marks on a gun, the background printing on a check, the dot pattern on newsprint, or the weave pattern on material that would otherwise interfere with the identification of a fingerprint or tool mark. The Grayscale Pattern Removal Filter is designed to be used with 8-bit grayscale images. The user interface provides access to both the frequency spectrum and the spatial pattern views, simultaneously.

closeChromatic FFT Filter

Image Processing Tools. The Foray Technologies Chromatic Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) filter is an Adobe® Photoshop® compatible plug-in. It is designed for the removal of repetitive patterns from color images - either filtering a single color channel individually or multiple color channels in combinations of two or three channels at a time. Color is a crucial factor in the isolation and enhancement of details recorded in digital images. Unlike traditional Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) filters for grayscale images, the Foray Technologies Chromatic FFT is the only FFT designed to process color images. The user interface provides access to both the frequency spectrum and the spatial pattern views, simultaneously.
